NOB HILL COUNTRY CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS 2024
RULES for the safety and enjoyment of our members and guests
- Facilities are completely "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK" in every regard. You alone are responsible for the safety of your family and your guests when using the pool facilities.Hours are 10:00am to 8:00pm. No solo swimming. No lifeguards on duty for the 2024 Swim season.
- For 2024 Pool season all members and guest are required to sign Membership Agreement & Waiver.
- Moving furniture and equipment located at the recreational facilities, including, but not limited to, pool furniture, is prohibited.
- Pool rules apply at ALL times for the safety and enjoyment of our members and guests.
- All members and guest need to have a Nob Hill Pool issued wristband on when accessing the pool and while inside the fenced pool area.
- Children shall not use the pool without an adult in attendance.
- Guest: Dependents of members cannot bring guests without a member over the age of 21 present on the pool deck. You will not admit or allow any person not associated with YOUR membership into the fenced swimming area for any reason. You are PERSONALLY assuming risk for your party (including but not limited to: homeowners or renters insurance and personal assets).
- No glass items inside of the fenced pool area.
- Children three years old or younger, as well as any child not potty trained, must wear snug fitting plastic pants or water resistant swim diaper.
- No food, drinks, or gum allowed within the immediate area of the pool.
- No running or rough play allowed. No cartwheels or handstands on the deck.
- No swallowing or spitting of water or blowing nose in pool.
- No cut-offs or jean shorts allowed in the pool.
- No noodle fights. Do not hit noodles together or hit each other with noodles.
- No sliding or hanging on the hand rails.
- No animals allowed in the fenced area.
- When thunder and/or lightning are first noticed, the pool area needs to be evacuated and people need to take shelter. The safest place during an electrical storm is an automobile (and it's not because of the rubber tires). Pool activities should remain suspended until thirty minutes after the last thunder is heard.
- Members will clean up all trash before exiting the pool area.
- Last member to leave will make sure all umbrellas are down and chairs are pushed in.
- Last member to leave will make sure the lights are turned out and gate is locked and closed.
- Unattended SOLO bathing is prohibited. No person may swim alone during Swim at Your Own Risk hours. There must be at least one other person in the fenced pool area capable of summoning help if needed. This is a Georgia law as well as in the terms of this agreement.
- You understand that at the discretion of the NHCC Board, your rights and privileges may be suspended or forfeited if you or any of your party area found to have violated any of the above rules.
- Any member 18 or over that will be using the pool must sign and acknowledge an understanding of these rules and the accepted liability and financial risks to the member.
- Diving board rules apply at ALL times for the safety and enjoyment of our members and guests. Misuse of diving boards (revoke membership), continued misuse (remove diving boards).
- Follow posted diving board rules
- Patrons must be able to swim to the side of the pool unassisted in order to use the board
- Only patrons that can swim without assistance may use the diving boards. A swim test may be necessary
- Only one patron at a time on the boards. Only one bounce on the board
- Forward diving only. No backward or reverse dives allowed
- No hanging from the boards
- No personal flotation devices or goggles are allowed on the boards
- The diver must exit the area immediately after diving
- No swimming in the diving well while the boards are in use
- The fulcrum must remain in the forward position while the facility is open to the public
